Model Home Tours

As a builder, being able to assist your clients visualize the lifestyle you are selling them with their home is critical to getting the sale. There is no better way than to have a home tour of the floorplan they are picturing themselves in. Well produced model home tours can create the emotion you need to be able to make a decision and close the deal.

RREA Media has been doing home tours for years. Our real estate background has allowed us to get world class at this; telling the story of the home you have built. We have come up with some packages that allow us to offer these home tours at a surprisingly economical price, while still maintaining the quality you have come to expect from RREA Media.

These model home tours include our video crew traveling to your model home (withing the Houston Metro area), shooting the footage of the home, editing the footage into a 1:30 – 2:00 video branded for your company. These model home tours are social objects to use on your social media, sales tools to assist your sales effort, and keyword loaded to ensure they are found online.

Note these are builder / developer model home tours, not listing videos for homes for sale. As our parent company is a real estate brokerage, we do not do listing videos for competing brokerages in Houston.
